Family Health Tracker - Personal Health Record

Profiles - Each family member has their own profile which can be managed by one or more "administrators". If you manage the health of parents or other family members, you can have all the data in one place.
Events - Each event, whether it is a visit to the doctor, the dentist, a medical procedure or Urgent Care, can be easily documented. You can even enter the total cost and your co-pays for easy tax preparation later.
Home Monitoring - You can track your blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, temperature – anything you want to record. When you are done, you can print a report for any date range to study or convey the information to others.
Access - Your profiles are accessible from anywhere the Internet is available, including the Emergency Department, your doctors office, or when you are on vacation.
Email - You can set up reminders so you receive an email when it is time to schedule your next appointment.
Reminders - Family Health Tracker (FHT) will send you an email to remind you of immunizations and other important health events.
Reports - You can print reports of your medical records, expenses (taxes), immunizations for sports or school and many other reports.
Physician Access - You can grant limited access to others, such as your physician, to enter information into your profiles.
Emergency Access - You can print a wallet card to grant read-only access in case of emergency.

Profiles - Each family member has their own medication profile as a part of their Health Record Profile. If you manage the medications of parents or extended family members, you can have all the data in one place. You can also review the details of your complete medication history at any time.
Drug Interactions - When you enter medications, FHT will notify you of any drug interactions along with detailed information about the interactions.
Drug Allergies - Each profile can include drug allergies so you can confirm that medications do not interact with any of your drug allergies.
New Interactions - New interactions are being reported by drug companies regularly. Each time we receive a new drug interaction database, the software will re-check your medications for interactions. If FHT finds any, you will immediately receive an email alert.
Drug News - Sometimes drugs are removed from the market or new warnings are mandated by the FDA on medications you are taking. Should this occur with a drug in your profile, you will immediately receive an email alert.
Medication Schedules - To make it easier for you to track the taking of medications, you can print out weekly schedules with dates, times and check-boxes for easy documentation.
Drug Information - You will have access to over 2,800 drug information sheets with detailed information on each medication.
New Drugs - If a new drug is released that is similar to one you are taking, FHT will let you know so you can investigate.

Profiles - Complete Library – To help you manage your health and the health of your family, you will have access to over 3,600 patient education documents. You know the quality of information must be good, because these are the identical documents used by over 15,000 caregivers across the USA!
Search - You can search for topics by the name of the disease/condition or by a key word.
Access - You will have access to:
- Over 70 Diets.
- Over 280 Sports Medicine documents with rehab exercises.
- Over 300 explanations for laboratory tests.
- Over 125 documents related to the care and treatment of diabetes.
- Over 1,000 documents relevant to pediatrics.
- Many documents list web sites to consumer organizations for further information.
History - Your health record profile will contain a list of the last 20 viewed documents so you can easily find the information again later.
Large Print - Documents can be printed in standard or large print format.
Languages - Many common documents are available in Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Bosnian, Haitian Creole, and Tagalog. French documents coming soon!
